Parents of 5th graders,
We’re planning a fun new feature for this year’s Memory Book. We hope to add a couple of pages of baby pictures of our precious 5th graders. (This will replace messages from the parents.) We would like to ask you, if at all possible, to e-mail us a digital image of your 5th grader as a baby or toddler. If you don’t have a scanner or aren’t tech savvy, send the picture of your child to school and they can scan the image in technology lab. Your child will be responsible for scanning and returning the photo to you. Please no embarrassing bathroom/bathtub pictures! Make sure to include:
• your child’s name
• his/her age in the picture
• homeroom teacher’s name
• your contact information in case we have a question about the picture
